Girls’ talks are being held, during which they share their problems and topics that they are concerned with, and where they have the feeling that they can not cope with them alone.
Example of topics are:
- Stress at home
- Anger with parents
- Bullying at school
- the first boyfriend
- Being afraid of growing up
- Puberty themes
- and many more
Here are some of my offers of how I help. Below are Methods I would utilize:
- Awareness Training
- Learning to let go
- Improve self-confidence
Depending on the course of the conversation and the discussion of the individual problems, possible further steps are proposed which are intended to solve these difficulties.
